The Tried and True Holiday Breakfast Casserole
Pictured: Yes, these are my parents dressed up as Mr. & Mrs. Claus from Christmas 2019. My Dad has been rocking the red suit for several years now and traditionally plays the white bearded man at their church events.
My breakfast casserole is easily one of my most asked about recipes and for some of my friends the one they always request I make. I believe many of us have our own version of this easy to make crowd pleaser — but its simplicity makes it perfect for brunches, holidays or any ole Saturday morning. This casserole has been my families traditional Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Morning go-to breakfast for as long as I can remember, and I owe it to my Mom for its introduction into my life. Plus, its pretty delicious.
Note: The most important thing to remember is that this recipe is so customizable based on your families size, allergens and preferences. So feel free to change it up!
