Sweet Cinnamon Donuts
Now that the month of November is here, there is nothing sweeter in our home than the smell of pumpkin spice, hot cocoa and fresh baked goods. Since entering into my sixth month of pregnancy I have had to pump the breaks on some of these yummy treats - but I definitely savor the moments goodness when they happen. These Cinnamon Donuts were perfect for our little family and I just know your family will enjoy them too (with or without coffee :)
Side note: If you don’t have a donut pan - you need one! Here are a few great options to choose from:

Recipe:
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of sugar
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups of confectioner sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Grease your doughnut pan
In a large bowl, whisk together all of your dry ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk all of your wet ingredients together
Mix your wet and dry ingredients together in large bowl, then spoon the mixture into a large zip lock bag and trim a corner off
Pipe the mixture into the donut pan and place into the over and bake for 11 minutes
Take the donuts out and let cool before adding the glaze (at least 10 minutes)
For the glaze, put the confectioner sugar, milk and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix well. Then dip and enjoy!
