Sweet Peach Streusel Muffins
For the past year and a half I have lived in the beautiful state of Georgia, where metropolian cities, mountains and history are in abundance. However, I think my favorite local export is no doubt the fresh, southern sweet peaches. Baking with these little babies has been a dream — check out the sweet little recipe below for a treat that is perfect for summer nights and summer mornings.

Recipe:
Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients: Muffins
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. of table salt
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/4 cup of milk
1 large egg
1 cup of fresh finely sliced peaches
Ingredients: Streusel
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. of melted butter
1 tsp. of cinnamon
Directions:
Prepare the streusal and mix all ingredients together so that if forms a crumble
Preheat the over to 400 degrees and fill the muffin pan with liners
Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well
Combing all wet ingredients and mix well. Once completed, add to dry ingredients and mix together well
Spoon batter into the baking cups and add the streusal topping to each one.
Bake the muffins for 20 minutes and enjoy!
